  • 1 cup granulated sugar Adjust based on sweetness preference.
  • 4 cups water Divided into 3 cups cold water and 1 cup for blending.
  • 2 cups ice cubes Regular or frozen lemon ice cubes for better texture.
For the whipped cream topping

For garnish
  • Lemon slices Optional, for garnish.
  • Mint leaves Optional, for garnish.

Method

Preparation
  1. Juice the lemons until you have 1 cup of fresh lemon juice. Strain it through a fine-mesh sieve to eliminate any seeds and pulp.
  2. In a large pitcher, mix the fresh lemon juice, granulated sugar, and 3 cups of cold water. Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Blending
  1. In a blender, combine the lemon mixture with 2 cups of ice cubes and an additional cup of cold water. Blend until smooth, achieving a thick yet pourable consistency.
Whipping the cream
  1. Using a mixer, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Optionally, add a tablespoon of powdered sugar while whipping.
Serve
  1. Pour the blended lemonade into glasses and top each glass with a generous dollop of whipped cream. Garnish with lemon zest, lemon slices, or mint leaves as desired.

Notes

For the best flavor, always use fresh lemon juice. Customize the sweetness and try different garnishes for a personal touch.
