  • 1 pcs lime, juiced Use fresh lime for the best taste.
  • to taste salt Start with a small amount and adjust as needed.

Method

Preparation
  1. Start by dicing your watermelon, mango, and red onion. Chop the cilantro, and mince the jalapeño.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced watermelon, mango, red onion, and jalapeño.
  3. Juice the lime directly into the bowl. Toss everything gently to mix without breaking down the watermelon.
  4. Sprinkle salt over the mixture and give it another gentle toss. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
  5. For best flavor, let your Watermelon Salsa sit for about 10-15 minutes before serving.

Notes

Choose ripe ingredients and consider variations like adding diced pineapple or swapping cilantro with fresh mint for a new flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
