- Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour for flavors to meld.
- After chilling, give it a final stir. Drizzle with olive oil before serving and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
Store tzatziki in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. It may thicken over time; stir in olive oil or yogurt to restore creaminess.
