Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Peel and slice the ripe pears into thin pieces and place them in a bowl.
  3. Sprinkle the pears with granulated sugar and lemon juice, tossing gently to combine.
Making the Crumble Topping
  1. In a separate bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter until the mixture is crumbly.
Layering and Baking
  1. Spread the sweetened pears into an even layer at the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  2. Evenly distribute the crumble topping over the pears.
  3. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the pears are bubbly.
Cooling and Serving
  1. Allow the crumble to cool slightly before serving to let the juices settle.
