Method
 

Preparation
  1. Peel and cube the ripe mangoes, ensuring to discard the pit.
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine the mango cubes, sugar, and lime juice. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth.
  3. Taste the sorbet mixture. If you prefer it sweeter, add more sugar to taste.
  4. Pour the blended mango mixture into a bowl and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to chill.
Freezing
  1. Transfer the chilled mixture into an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
Serving
  1. Let the sorbet sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping to soften.
  2. Use a scoop to serve the sorbet into bowls.

Notes

Choose ripe mangoes for the best flavor. You can use an ice cream maker for a creamier texture. Strain the mixture for a smoother sorbet if desired.
