  • 1 cup water Be cautious with the amount to avoid a soupy dish.

Cooking Steps
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground turkey or beef and season with salt and pepper. Cook until fully browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the cooked meat, stirring to combine. Ensure the meat is well coated.
  4. Add diced tomatoes, corn, black beans, and water to the skillet. Stir well and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
  5. Mix the cooked pasta into the skillet and combine well. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and cover the skillet for 1 minute to melt the cheese.
