  • 4 scoops vanilla ice cream Opt for low-fat or dairy-free for a lighter option.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil Brush onto peaches to prevent sticking.
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional) Sprinkle for added flavor.
  • to taste fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional) Adds an elegant touch.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Slice each peach in half and remove the pit. Leave the skin on for added texture.
  3. Brush a light coating of olive oil onto the cut sides of the peach halves.
Grilling
  1. Place the peach halves cut-side down on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes until grill marks appear.
  2. Flip and grill for an additional 2-3 minutes or until soft.
Serving
  1. Remove peaches from the grill and drizzle honey on top while warm.
  2. Serve each peach half on a plate with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
  3. Optional: Sprinkle with ground cinnamon and garnish with mint leaves.

Notes
