Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 pound Steak (flank, sirloin, or tenderloin) Choose high-quality cuts for the best flavor and tenderness.
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter Allows you to control the seasoning.
  • 4 cloves Fresh Garlic Minced or chopped offers the best punch.
Seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Essential for enhancing the flavor of the steak.
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Essential for enhancing the flavor of the steak.
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley Adds color and refreshing flavor.
Optional Add-Ins
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes For a spicy kick.
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice Brightens the richness.

Method

Preparation
  1. Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces and season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot, then add a tablespoon of butter.
Cooking
  1. Add the steak pieces in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, lower the heat and add the remaining butter. Once melted, add minced garlic, stirring until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  3. Return the steak bites to the skillet, tossing them in the garlic butter until well coated.
  4. If desired, add red pepper flakes or a splash of lemon juice, mixing well.
Serving
  1. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Let the steak rest for a few minutes before cutting to retain juiciness. Cook in batches to ensure a nice crust. Lower the heat when making the garlic butter to prevent burning.
