Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups Fresh Strawberries, chopped Opt for ripe strawberries for the best taste.
  • 1 cup Yogurt, plain or flavored Greek yogurt works wonderfully for a thicker texture.
Sweeteners
  • 2 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup Adjust according to personal preference.
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract (optional) Adds depth of flavor.
Optional Add-ins
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Nuts For added crunch and healthy fats.
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate Chips A fun addition for a sweet twist.
  • 1/4 cup Granola For extra texture when sprinkled on top before freezing.

Method

Preparation
  1. Wash the strawberries and remove the stems. Cut them into small pieces.
  2. In a blender, combine the strawberries, yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  3. Taste the mixture, adjusting the sweetness if necessary. If you want a creamier texture, you can add more yogurt.
  4. Spoon the mixture into ice cube trays or silicone molds, filling them almost to the top.
  5. If using, sprinkle chopped nuts, granola, or chocolate chips on top of the yogurt mixture.
  6. Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  7. Once frozen, carefully pop the bites out of the molds and place them in an airtight container.
Serving
  1. Enjoy your frozen strawberry yogurt bites on their own or paired with other snacks!
