Preparation
- Wash the strawberries and remove the stems. Cut them into small pieces.
- In a blender, combine the strawberries, yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
- Taste the mixture, adjusting the sweetness if necessary. If you want a creamier texture, you can add more yogurt.
- Spoon the mixture into ice cube trays or silicone molds, filling them almost to the top.
- If using, sprinkle chopped nuts, granola, or chocolate chips on top of the yogurt mixture.
- Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- Once frozen, carefully pop the bites out of the molds and place them in an airtight container.

- Enjoy your frozen strawberry yogurt bites on their own or paired with other snacks!
