Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 8 small taco tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup pickles, diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup onion, diced
  • 1 cup Big Mac sauce or a mix of mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and relish

Method

Cooking
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the beef and stir until evenly coated. Add a splash of water, if necessary, to enhance the flavor. Simmer for about 5 minutes until well mixed and fragrant.
  3. In a separate skillet or microwave, warm the taco tortillas until pliable.
  4. On each warm tortilla, add a generous scoop of the seasoned beef. Top with shredded lettuce, diced pickles, chopped onions, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Drizzle your Big Mac sauce over the top.
  6. Fold each taco and serve immediately. Enjoy with your favorite sides or dipping sauces!

Notes

Upgrade your sauce by using high-quality mayonnaise and adding a sprinkle of onion powder for extra flavor. Adding crushed tortilla chips can give your tacos a satisfying crunch.
