  • 4 skewers Wooden or Metal Skewers Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
Seasonings

  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Provides smokiness and color.

Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha Adjust spice level according to taste.

  • 1 cup Vegetables (Bell Peppers, Onion, Zucchini, Cherry Tomatoes) For extra color and nutrition.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and place them into a bowl.
  2. Add garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the chicken. Toss well to coat evenly.
  3. Thread the chicken pieces onto the skewers, leaving space between each piece.
Make the Sauce
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha until smooth.
Cooking
  1. Preheat a grill or broiler. Cook the skewers for about 10–15 minutes, turning halfway, until the chicken is cooked through.
  2. Once cooked, remove the skewers from heat and drizzle with the bang bang sauce.
Serving
  1. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, if desired, and serve hot.

Notes

Don't overcrowd the skewers. Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes for more flavor. Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Can also bake skewers at 400°F for about 20 minutes.
