  • 1/4 cup Sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha Adjust according to spice preference.
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice Freshly squeezed for best flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and place the salmon fillets skin-side down.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and lemon juice until smooth.
  4. Spread the Bang Bang sauce generously over the salmon fillets.
Cooking
  1. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
Garnishing
  1. Once done, remove the salmon from the oven and top it with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
