For the Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Dredge each shrimp in the flour mixture, shaking off the excess.
  3. Dip the floured shrimp into the beaten eggs, allowing them to soak in the moisture.
  4. Transfer the shrimp to the bowl of panko breadcrumbs and make sure each shrimp gets evenly coated.
Cooking
  1. Lay the shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
Making the Sauce
  1. While the shrimp cooks, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice in a small bowl until smooth.
Serving
  1. Once the shrimp is done, transfer them to a serving platter. Drizzle with the bang bang sauce, or serve it on the side for dipping.

Notes
